We are currently in a series that will cover the last three chapters of the book of Luke. We will cover two simultaneous points of emphasis during this study. What Jesus said and did during his final hours, and how these things affected the community that he sought to leave behind.

Discussion Questions

  1. A Christ-centered community is the best place to work through your doubt, because God shows up when we come together. Discuss a time in your life when you were doubting, but God put people in your life to help you through it.
  2. Most of the time, God has already given you the truth that you need to navigate the difficulty, but we have blind spots. Talk about a time when God has provided somebody with a fresh perspective to help you connect your reality to God’s wisdom.
  3. Sunday, Brian mentioned that sometimes the best thing you can do while waiting for God to make sense of your mess is to be a blessing to somebody else. Has their been a time in your life that you have chosen to ‘lean in’ to community despite what your life being a little ‘messy’?
