Improving fitness through these classes will not only help you burn calories and lose weight, you can also positively affect your body composition: reduce body fat; lower blood pressure; improve muscle tone, endurance and stamina; prevent injuries; increase self-confidence and bone density; decrease fatigue; and strengthen the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue surrounding joints.
Mondays: 6:00-7:00pm – Zumba; 7:10-7:45pm – Toning and Strength Training
Thursdays: 6:00-7:00pm – Zumba
No Classes Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day.
Zumba® is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party! Our certified instructor has routines to keep you interested and excited to workout. This class is for great for all ages and fitness levels – moves can be easily modified to fit beginner to advanced students.
Toning and Strength Training offers total body sculpting conditioning, focusing on specific muscle groups or areas of the body. This class will target abs, back, legs, chest and arms. Bring your own mat and weights.
Classes are $5 per night, or you can purchase a 3 month pass (unlimited classes from October – December) for $40. Classes are open to anyone 13 and older. Online registration is not available for minors (under 18 years old). A parent/legal guardian must complete a 2014 Zumba/Fitness Class Waiver for all minors; bring the completed waiver and payment to your first class.
Childcare will be provided for $5 per family per night, or you can purchase a 3 month family pass (unlimited classes from October – December) for $100. All childcare workers have passed background screenings.
