Winterfest is a jam-packed weekend experience designed to help students find friends and grow in their faith. This weekend will include powerful messages, live music, meaningful discussion, and hang time at places like Main Event and Get Air Trampoline Park in Independence.
Registration: December 1 – February 12, 2020
All students will be together for the large group sessions and off-site events. However, middle school students will be separate from high school students during transportation, small group time, as well as their overnight stay in our leaders’ homes. Boys and girls will also be separate during small group time and their overnight stay in our leaders’ homes.
At least two background screened adult student ministry leaders will be with students on Friday night.
If there is any adjustment in the schedule due to inclement weather, parents will be notified via email, Facebook posts, and/or text by 3:00 pm on Friday, February 21st.
Once you have registered your student, you will receive an email detailing the event (schedule, what to bring, etc.)
Absolutely! This is a great opportunity to invite someone who wouldn’t normally attend Graceway.
All requests for discounts or scholarships need to be made via email to Pastor Brian Stuchul (high school students – email@example.com) or Pastor Donivan Best (middle school students – firstname.lastname@example.org).
All meals, transportation, t-shirt, and activity fees (Main Event, Get Air) are included in the cost of the event. However, if your student wishes to purchase additional items at the activity locations, they’ll need to bring their own money.
