Young Adult’s Pastor
The Young Adults Pastor’s role is to shepherd Graceway’s Young Adults (ages 19–25) into biblical adulthood. This includes guiding young adults into a deeper, personal relationship with Christ, creating intentional spaces and events to foster meaningful friendships, helping individuals discover their God-given purpose, and providing opportunities to serve and make a difference in their community.
In addition to leading the Young Adults ministry, this role includes oversight of Graceway’s Residency Program. The Young Adults Pastor will recruit, develop, and mentor ministry residents, equipping them for vocational ministry through hands-on experience, spiritual formation, and leadership development. Graceway’s Residency provides focused tracks, which other members of the Pastoral Team and Staff will oversee.
Creative Director
The Creative Director leads the creative production process, overseeing the Graceway staff’s production and integration of creative media elements into the Graceway ministry areas. This individual will manage, develop, and inspire the staff to create excellent, attractive, and relevant media products. This position is for someone who loves God, loves people, and is passionate about using media to point others to Jesus.
First Impressions Director
The First Impressions Director leads and develops all guest-facing hospitality environments to ensure every person feels welcomed, valued, and at ease — from the moment they drive onto the parking lot until they enter the auditorium. This role creates vision, systems, and culture that reflect the heart of the church and remove barriers for guests and members alike.
The Director builds, equips, and empowers teams to deliver a consistent, warm, and Spirit-led first impression every weekend and at special events.
