The Dream Team at Graceway is here to help you step into your purpose by serving in a way that fits your gifts and passions. With a variety of teams available—from welcoming guests on Sundays to leading a Small Group—there’s a place for you to make a meaningful and lasting impact.

Admin Team

Team members use administrative gifts to support Graceway teams with computer skills, doing data entry with attention to detail as well as general office tasks.

Assimilation

The assimilation team does follow up with our first-time guests, people taking next steps in their spiritual journeys, and follow-up from events.

Athletics

This team leads athletics small groups that minister to people through sports, with different leagues throughout the year.

Care

The congregational care team works with our pastors to help those in times of need, conduct hospital and home visits, and provide support to our congregation.

Community Outreach

These teams serve our neighborhood schools and local community organizations.

Creative Arts

Our creative arts teams serve to communicate the culture, vision, and transformation happening at Graceway through Worship, Audio/Video/Lighting Production, Videography, Photography, and other artistic means.

Hospitality

The Hospitality Dream Team creates an exceptional church experience that begins in the parking lot and extends throughout every area of our campus. This team is passionate about making every guest feel seen, valued, and welcomed into our church family.

Facilities

This team works behind the scenes to keep our grounds and facilities beautiful and well-maintained.

Finance

Our legacy team uses their spiritual gift of giving to help fulfill the vision of Graceway through strategic financial offerings above their tithes.

First Responders

Our First Responders Team provides safety and medical support during Sunday services and special events.

God Behind Bars

Our prison ministry teams serve at Graceway’s prison campuses, in support of our weekly services, special events, and coordinating with God Behind Bars.

Growth Track

This team guides people through the Growth Track process to help them discover who God has made them to be.

Information Technology

The IT teams serve to support the dream team’s technical needs in addition to serving our online congregation by connecting with them during our online services.

International Outreach

Our international outreach teams support Graceway’s global partners all over the world through prayer, short-term mission trips, and projects.

Next Steps

Our next steps teams serve to shepherd people through their next steps at Graceway, from being Section Leaders, to serving in our baptistery, as an usher, or on the communion team.

Prayer

Our prayer team meets weekly to pray over our worship services, pray with people during altar calls, and pray for people throughout the week.

Pursuit KC

PursuitKC is Graceway’s Young Adult ministry. This team serves by leading small groups and facilitating events aimed at young adults.

SkyKids

This team creates a safe, friendly, and fun environment where children, from birth through fifth grade, can discover the real love of Jesus.

Small Groups

As a small group leader you have the greatest opportunity to connect with others, fulfill your passions, and develop your gifts white investing in others.

Spanish Ministry

This team serves in our Hispanic services in many of the same aspects of our other dream teams. This is a great way to learn another culture without having to speak the language! The serving opportunities are reflective of positions in creative arts and hospitality.

Student Ministry

This team serves our students, grades 6 through 12, to shape the next generation with dynamic worship experiences, small groups, student camp, serving locally and globally.

TEAMS WITH A CONSISTENT SCHEDULE

This team serves behind the scenes to prepare both the elements and the environment for communion during our weekend services.

This team creates an incredible church experience that begins in the parking lot. They are excited to welcome our guests to our church family each week.

This team faithfully serves to host our very own Dream Team members by providing refreshments, prayer, and encouragement during services and special events.

This team works diligently behind the scenes to maintain a spirit of excellence in every area of our church. Serving opportunities include baptism, conferences, and special events.

A dream team member will be available to watch and assist Graceway through observation and assistance in emergency situations.

This team helps people take their next steps of growth and find their place in changing the world for Christ.

This team creates an environment where children ages infant through 5th grade can discover the real love of Jesus. They intentionally invest in the lives of our children through worship, videos, skits, small groups, greeting, games and more.

Bring your creativity and tech-savvy to this team that reaches thousands by delivering the Word and worship through camera, directing, information technology, and other visual elements.

This team exists to capture and communicate the culture, vision, and transformation that is happening at our church daily.

This team is a community of generous individuals who unite to accelerate Kingdom vision through their giving. Whether through the spiritual gift of generosity or a passion to faithfully steward what God has entrusted to them, these individuals resource churches, community organizations, and mission partners, funding projects that make a lasting difference and spread the gospel both locally and globally.

We believe that real life change takes place in the context of relationships. As a small group leader, you have the greatest opportunity to connect with others, fulfill your passions, develop your gifts and live out the Great Commission.
