WHAT IS THE DREAM TEAM?
The Dream Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on a Host Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on a Student Ministries Team, to creating creative designs used in print and digital media, to tearing down barriers across our city by leading a Small Group or partnering with our local outreach teams—we are a group that forcefully advances the Kingdom of God.
Take the next step in joining the Dream Team by getting started on the Growth Track. The Growth Track is designed to equip you to live life as a fully-devoted follower of Christ—from learning the essentials of our faith to discovering and fulfilling your God-given purpose.
TEAMS WITH A CONSISTENT SCHEDULE
This team serves behind the scenes to prepare both the elements and the environment for communion during our weekend services.
This team creates an incredible church experience that begins in the parking lot. They are excited to welcome our guests to our church family each week.
This team faithfully serves to host our very own Dream Team members by providing refreshments, prayer, and encouragement during services and special events.
This team works diligently behind the scenes to maintain a spirit of excellence in every area of our church. Serving opportunities include baptism, conferences, and special events.
A dream team member will be available to watch and assist Graceway through observation and assistance in emergency situations.
This team helps people take their next steps of growth and find their place in changing the world for Christ.
Providing an extraordinary experience through the love of coffee by serving others, embracing community and creating culture.
This team creates an environment where children ages infant through 4th grade can discover the real love of Jesus. They intentionally invest in the lives of our children through worship, videos, skits, small groups, greeting, games and more.

Bring your creativity and tech-savvy to this team that reaches thousands by delivering the Word and worship through camera, directing, information technology, and other visual elements.
TEAMS WITH A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
This team exists to capture and communicate the culture, vision, and transformation that is happening at our church daily.
Members of this team use the gift of giving to help fulfill the vision of Graceway. Through strategic financial offerings above their tithe, they support projects impacting our city, state, nation and world.
We believe that real life change takes place in the context of relationships. As a small group leader, you have the greatest opportunity to connect with others, fulfill your passions, develop your gifts and live out the Great Commission.
