Dear Middle School and High School Students/Parents/Dream Teamers,
Thank you for your ongoing patience and understanding as we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and its effect on our church programming and our faith community. As we remain diligent in regards to social distancing and orders to “stay at home”, our leadership team has spent a lot of time in discussions and prayer around Graceway’s plans to “return to normal”.
While we await federal, state and local directives in the coming weeks, it is our commitment to remain steadfast in regards to the safety and health of our students and Dream Teamers as we assess our Graceway 2020 church calendar. With this in mind, we have made the decision to cancel this year’s middle school and high school camp (June 15th-19th). We will NOT be rescheduling for later in 2020, but will have camp again in 2021.
REFUND Policy:
If you have already registered and made a deposit for this year’s camp, we offer the following refund options:
Move your deposit to our 2021 camp and your child(ren) will be automatically registered for next year’s camp.
Full refund of your deposit (added back to your credit card).
To receive a refund, you will need to send an email to Carol Meador (cmeador@visitgraceway.org) by May 1st, 2020 expressing your preferred option for refund.
NOTE: Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for refunds to process.
